Side sleepers usually want medium; back and front sleepers firmer. Both showrooms have every model on the floor to test properly.
A tired base kills a new mattress – and the warranty. Bought as a set it's cheaper, and we take the old one away on delivery.

Recline it, open the storage, put a cup in the holder. Most pieces are on the floor — bring the family, and we’ll write a WINZ quote or talk finance while you’re there.

Delivery is quoted per order — it depends on your address and the size of the item, so we confirm the exact cost with you before dispatch. When stock is available, delivery takes 7–10 working days.
Most lounge and bedroom pieces arrive ready to use. Flat-packed beds, dining sets and office furniture can be assembled by our delivery crew on request — ask for an assembly quote when you order.
You have 7 days from delivery to let us know. Items need to be unused, in original packaging, with your receipt. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking and freight charge; faulty items are always covered.
Every item carries a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from the invoice date, covering frames, mechanisms and motors against structural faults. Fair wear and tear, misuse and commercial use aren’t covered. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply.
Yes — Afterpay, Laybuy, Zip, Genoapay, Klarna, Gem Visa, Q Card, in-store finance and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely through Windcave. All prices are in NZD and include GST.
