Unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking and freight charge; anything faulty is always covered, and your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply on top.

For a deep clean use a professional upholstery cleaner. Don’t machine-wash the covers even though they unzip.
One year from the invoice date, covering the frame, foam, springs and stitching against structural or manufacturing faults. Keep your receipt — it’s your proof of purchase date.
Not covered: fair wear and tear, fading from sunlight, pet damage, staining, or commercial use. The optional 5-year fabric protection plan covers accidental staining separately.
