Delivery is quoted per order — it depends on your address and the size of the item, so we confirm the exact cost with you before dispatch. When stock is available, delivery takes 7–10 working days.
Most lounge and bedroom pieces arrive ready to use. Flat-packed beds, dining sets and office furniture can be assembled by our delivery crew on request — ask for an assembly quote when you order.
You have 7 days from delivery to let us know. Items need to be unused, in original packaging, with your receipt. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking and freight charge; faulty items are always covered.
Every item carries a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from the invoice date, covering frames, mechanisms and motors against structural faults. Fair wear and tear, misuse and commercial use aren’t covered. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply.
Yes — Afterpay, Laybuy, Zip, Genoapay, Klarna, Gem Visa, Q Card, in-store finance and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely through Windcave. All prices are in NZD and include GST.
We do. Bring your WINZ or MSD reference in-store and our team will prepare a written quote the same day, using the items in our WINZ catalogue.
Absolutely — spend as long as you like on the beds in either showroom, and our team will talk you through firmness options. For hygiene reasons a mattress can’t be returned once it’s been slept on, unless it’s faulty.
Most lounge suites can be ordered in a different fabric, size or corner configuration. Indicative lead time is 8–12 weeks with a 30% deposit; custom orders can’t be returned for change of mind.
Yes, and it’s free. Pick up from 89 Princess Street, Palmerston North or 155 High Street, Hawera once we’ve confirmed your item is in stock. Bring a trailer or van and a hand — our team will help you load.
Vacuum weekly, blot spills straight away rather than rubbing, rotate and plump cushions, and keep suites out of direct sunlight and away from heat pumps. For a deep clean, use a professional upholstery cleaner.

The website shows current showroom and warehouse stock, but clearance and floor-stock items are one-offs. We’ll confirm availability by phone or email before taking payment on those.
