Our crew carries the sofa and chaise in separately, sets them together where you want them and takes every scrap of packaging away. Tell us your narrowest doorway when you order — the sofa section is 184 cm and the chaise 104 cm.
Unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking and freight charge; anything faulty is always covered, and your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply on top.

Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth. Never rub — it pushes liquid into the pile.
Rotate and plump the seat and back cushions fortnightly so one favourite spot doesn’t flatten.
Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat pumps — both fade and dry out fabric over time.
For a deep clean use a professional upholstery cleaner. Don’t machine-wash the covers even though they unzip.
One year from the invoice date, covering the frame, foam, springs and stitching against structural or manufacturing faults. Keep your receipt — it’s your proof of purchase date.
Not covered: fair wear and tear, fading from sunlight, pet damage, staining, or commercial use. The optional 5-year fabric protection plan covers accidental staining separately.
